Quality Control // A Fashion Resource (otherwise known as “QC”), is a community, tool, resource, and source of inspiration for those in the fashion industry, those aspiring to be in it, and finally for those who are simply curious. We provide information on internship experiences for many sectors of the fashion industry, while providing resources and inspiration for fashion students and enthusiasts.
Our Objective: To reassess the value of fashion internships.
The site hopes to serve as stimulation for conversation between interns (anonymously or not) about what they expected from their internships and how it shaped their perspective of the industry and the profession itself. QC doesn’t want to become a gossip column of any sort, so each internship submission is reviewed before it is processed.
QC realizes that there are other sites to go to rate and post internship reviews, but QC is unique in its own way by creating a quality space within the fashion internship community and a thorough resource for those simply interested in fashion. QC also serves as a tool that provides easy-access tutorials, fashion templates, spec sheets, and other resources relevant to the daily tasks in the fashion industry.
